Donahue presented plaque

Jim Donahue, Grand Canyon State Electric Cooperative Association's director of communications and member services, was presented a plaque of appreciation by the NRECA Council of Rural Electric Cooperatives October 20, 2017. Donahue served on the council for more than a decade as one of two statewide association communicators.

Arizona co-ops are 5-Star

All of Arizona’s electric cooperatives are being recognized as 5-star Cooperatives for their participation in the Co-ops Vote Campaign. This grassroots campaign is a nationwide non-partisan effort to reverse a trend of declining voter turnout in rural America. Cooperatives across the nation and in Arizona have been talking to members about the importance of voting to the future of our rural communities and the cooperatives who serve those areas.
